This is a free service offered by your health plan: Anthem, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Georgia (BCBS-GA) or Blue Cross Blue Shield Healthcare Plan of Georgia (BCBSHP), Empire Blue Cross Blue Shield or Empire Blue Cross that allows you to manage your billing online. It is easy to use and simple to set up.
With ePayBill you can pay your bill online, set up automatic payment and view billing and payment history through an easy to use interface. Please note:
Your Account Number will be your Member ID or Summary/List Bill Number. If you are receiving one invoice for multiple health products or multiple Member ID's, then you may have been assigned a Summary/List Bill Number, please use this number when enrolling. You can find your Summary/List Bill Number on your invoice.
If you are currently on a summary bill, your summary bill number could change or it could be discontinued. If this is the case you can link your accounts to your existing enrollment. To link your accounts login to your ePayBill account and select the "Manage Profile" tab, select "Billing Accounts" and click on the "Enroll Additional Accounts" option. In the "Enroll Additional Account" page enter your new Summary Bill or Member ID Number in the Account Number field along with your Zip Code and select "Continue" - Add the "Account Nickname", select "Continue" and "Confirm the Enrollment."
Any payments made through ePayBill will not be reflected until your next invoice is generated. Any duplicate payments will be processed and posted to future premiums due. You can view payment history for recent payments made to your account to prevent duplicate payments.
If you are currently on a recurring payment option such as checking deduction or you recently signed up for a recurring payment option, the information presented here may not be updated to reflect your current payment option. It could take up to 30 days to reflect a change to a recurring payment option.
Any payment made to a cancelled policy will not guarantee reinstatement. Information reflected here may not necessarily reflect current status of your policy.
The Total Amount Due reflects the total due for each health product or if you are you on Summary Bill/List Bill it reflects the Total Amount Due for all product/policies you may have with your health plan: Anthem, BCBS-GA or BCBSHP, Empire BCBS or Empire BC, as well as any fees or adjustments that may have occurred since your last invoice.
